This website is dedicated to those who resided at and / or worked as staff members at the home during its years of
operations. I would be honored to hear from anyone formerly affiliated with the Home; be they a prior resident, staff, or county official.
Following is a questionaire which if you would like to complete in part or whole and submit - it would be a wonderful resource of historical information for this site. While there are a few areas of 'personal' nature quesitons, the most of it are questions related to the environment and general experiences of the Home.
